Ministry and congregational coaching seeks to help pastors and churches reach their maximum potential.  It will motivate ministers to achieve their goals and churches to be effective in fulfilling the Great Commission. 

The primary focus in this coaching relationship will be on helping leaders and churches to discover their core values, purpose, vision, and priorities. It will take you from where you are to where you want to be.

Initial Consultation - FREE
Personal Coaching - $175 per session
Team Coaching - $225 per session
Congregational Coaching - $325 per session

Most sessions last 45 minutes to one hour.  The length of time of a coaching partnership varies depending on the individual, team, or organizational needs and preferences. Most coaching relationships last from 3 months to one year in length. Normal sessions take place every other week or three times a month. During the initial consultation, the appropriate length of the coaching period will be determined.

Discounts are available and are determined by the length of the coaching relationship needed.
